The 8th graders decided to make cards for seniors in the community to wish them a wonderful holiday season. They also made a banner where they signed all their names and their teachers donated cookies for every senior. The 8th graders will be doing a monthly community service project for the senior center.
Today's Middle School home games for the B girls and B boys against Bellows Falls have been postponed due to sickness.
There also will not be any practices for the A teams.

This is Donna Magoon, Newport Interim Superintendent. Due to the hazardous road conditions forecasted for tomorrow the Newport Schools will be closed on Friday, December 16, 2022.
Due to school closure, there will be no extracurricular activities.
