Today's Middle School Soccer game vs Unity at 4PM has been postponed and will be made up on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 4PM.

Playing against mostly an eighth grade team at Hopkinton Sept. 9, the Newport Middle School Field Hockey team fell to the Hawks 2-0 in a tightly played contest.
Hopkinton managed to score single goals in the second quarter and midway through the final quarter.
The Tigers nearly tied the game late in the third quarter as a couple of penalty corners led to back-to-back shots on goal by Claire Seymour and Taylor Russell. The Hawks goalie made a couple of solid saves to keep Newport off the scoreboard.
Sahtreah Brown, Hannah Robbins and Lucy Rowell anchored a very stingy Tigers defense in front of goalie AJ Sprague who made three saves in goal.
Payton Conroy, Pyper Smith and Gracie Nash also stood out at midfield.
Both teams had three penalty corners.
